How much are dues?
Dues are $200 per year and due by January 31st.
Where are HOA meetings?
Meetings are held at the Oconee County Library or one of our homes per the meeting notice.
How can get a copy of meeting minutes, financial documents, and financial reports?
You must be a resident to download minutes and all resident-related files.
